Expression Live!

Expression is Emerson College's Alumni magazine published by the Office of Communications and Marketing for alumni and friends of Emerson College. In 2022, Expression Live was born as the new medium for alumni communications and I was asked to creative direct it. The intro sequence was conceptualized in turn to celebrate the school's history while symbolizing the transition between paper and screen. I worked with a team of creatives to bring a storyboard idea into a combination of archive footage, 2D and 3D elements that was compelling for both the client and the close held memories of former students.
